About this treatment

What is Cellular Matrix?

Cellular Matrix is a regenerative treatment that combines platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood with hyaluronic acid (HA). It is prepared in clinic using RegenLab's patented RegenPRP-HA Cellular Matrix kit, made in Switzerland.

PRP contains growth factors involved in tissue healing and the building of new supportive tissue. Hyaluronic acid forms a network around the platelets, acting as a scaffold that releases those growth factors gradually rather than all at once.

Good to know: the Cellular Matrix technology was first developed for joint care, where the PRP and HA combination has been studied for some years. Its use has since broadened within regenerative medicine. Ms. Peciulyte will explain whether it is suitable for you and what results are realistic. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Why men choose this

Why combine PRP with hyaluronic acid?

  • Prepared from your own blood in a sealed, closed system
  • Hyaluronic acid creates a scaffold for gradual growth-factor release
  • PRP is involved in healing and new tissue formation
  • HA adds hydration and structural support to the tissue
  • The combination is designed to last longer than PRP alone
  • Non-surgical, performed under local anaesthetic

Peyronie's disease

Cellular Matrix for Peyronie's disease

Peyronie's disease causes a bend, lump or discomfort in the penis, usually linked to a scar-like plaque. Cellular Matrix aims to support the body's own repair around the affected tissue, combining PRP's growth factors with the support of hyaluronic acid.

Some men notice improvement in comfort, curvature or erection quality. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Every plan starts with an assessment of the curve and its stage.

Lichen sclerosus

Cellular Matrix for lichen sclerosus

Lichen sclerosus is a long-term skin condition that can cause white, thin or tight skin on the penis and foreskin, sometimes with itching, splitting or discomfort. It is usually managed with prescribed creams first.

Where symptoms persist, Cellular Matrix may be considered to support skin quality and comfort. It is used alongside, not instead of, ongoing medical care and monitoring.

Scars

Cellular Matrix for scars

Scarring after surgery, injury or inflammation can leave tissue tight, uneven or uncomfortable, including in intimate areas. Cellular Matrix aims to support remodelling of scar tissue and improve its texture and flexibility.

Response depends on the type, age and location of the scar. Ms. Peciulyte will assess it and explain what improvement is realistic.
